WHY MIND BODY SPIRIT RELEASE?

When we experience a significant event or trauma, the body stores the beliefs, emotions, and energy within the cells of the body. The body remembers the stress and when presented with a similar stressor, the body can release that cascade of beliefs, emotions, and energy triggering a reaction.

Our conscious mind is responsible for 5% of all brain activity while the subconscious mind is responsible for the other 95%. It is deep within the subconscious where these emotions are stored. Often we are unaware that these emotions or imprints exist yet they continue to impact our life and our behavior. It is important to release these negative imprints which act as blocks holding us back from fully living our best, most vibrant life.

HOW DOES MBSRβ„’ WORK?

Every MBSRβ„’ session begins by identifying an intention or goal that you would like to achieve (ex. to experience optimal health or to establish open lines of communication with someone). We then identify the blocks that are keeping you from fully experiencing your intention. Through Muscle Testing and/or Ideomotor Testing, we access those imprints in your subconscious and identify the body systems, emotions, hormones, limiting beliefs, and organ systems where these imprints are stored. Once the blocks have been identified, we clear them from your body so they are no longer causing stress to the body. To release the imprints, the practitioner stimulates your nervous system using cold light therapy on acupressure points. This calms the nervous system and supports the subconscious mind as it releases the blocks and allows you to move forward with a sense of peace.

At the end of each session, you will be given some action steps to help you solidify the shifts and the clearing. Sessions are generally 60 to 90 minutes and recommended every few weeks until you feel like you have manifested your intention to your satisfaction. We heal in layers. Think of each session around a specific as peeling back a layer until you have reached and released the deeper layers of what has been holding you back.
